Cancellation Policy

To reschedule please contact us up to 48 hours before the start time of your booking. You can reschedule to up to 6 months in the future. We have a no cancellation policy. We need access inside the property where the work is being undertaken within 30 minuets of the agreed start time and must be allowed to isolate the whole electrical installation to be able to complete works. If this is not achievable we will have to cancel the works with no refund.
